I just talked to the manager at the Casino Rama and also the supervisor at ticket master. It has been confirmed that Sandy's concert tickets are definitely not going to be on sale to the general public. Only the players who have earned enough points are quality to obtain complimentary tickets.
The manager told us there are no options for non-players and players who do not qualify for complimentary tickets. I am very upset about this whole situation. Not only is this unacceptable and it is surely unfair to both Sandy and her true fans. We've been longing to see Sandy and hoping one day she will return to perform live in Toronto again but now we are all devastated.

The website indicated previously tickets would be on sale after May 19 noon. Apparently they aren't. It is confirmed that tickets are only available to frequent casino players. More "established" members (i.e. those who have made at least six or seven trips!) can reserve tickets, and to the rest of the world (like me), well sorry. It's quite disappointing to say the very least.

the JSonline website is not the official ticketsales outlet for this event (ticketmaster is, but the tickets are only complimentary for established casino players). as a result, the tickets JSonline obtained from whatever sources are limited in number and the sales prices are set by these second-hand sellers. the ticket prices can be set ridiculously high.

My mom has been to Casino Rama at least eight times since January. I called the Casino to check her players card status and they've said she hasn't spent enough time and money at the casino so she won't be eligible for any complimentary tickets. However, they've offered two meal tickets instead. Isn't that great!! Anyway, I won't give up. I'm asking everyone including my boss to see if they know any big gamblers out there who can get the tickets for me. I'll send you 2 tickets if I get extras because I believe you are as passionate as I am about Sandy. Wish me luck!!
